Policies and Fees

Fees:

My fee is $200 for a 55-minute session. Couples sessions typically run 80 minutes. Fees are expected at the time of the session. I accept cash, checks, and credit/debit/HSA cards.

Insurance:

I am "in-network" with Premera (Blue Cross), Regence (Blue Shield), LifeWise, and First Choice. I am an out-of-network provider for most other insurance plans and can provide you with a receipt ("superbill") to submit to your provider for reimbursement.

Cancellations and No Shows:

Once a time is selected for us to meet, I consider this to be your hour. If you must cancel the scheduled appointment, I require at least 48 hours notice. You will be charged for any session that is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice. If for some reason you miss an appointment without any notification, you will also be charged for that time. It is important to note that insurance providers do not reimburse for missed sessions.

Bad Weather:

In case of bad weather, we may decide to hold the session virtually.
